The staff were very helpful and courteous.
I arrived for a weekend hoping to relax, only to learn robes and slippers were unavailable. I found this UNACCEPTABLE. I suffer with severe eczema, so treatments are out of the question, and I am unable to use the pool without proper attire.

we stayed for several nights the hotel offered ample parking. the breakfast buffet presented many choices and was delicious. i found the spacious bar area comfortable and relaxing after a day out. i was pleased the gym had modern equipment allowing me to maintain my fitness routine.
i noticed some cobwebs in a corner of my room they were not particularly bothersome.

Staff was cute! the lounge area had a lovely atmosphere. the room was cosy and tastefully decorated. i found the value for money excellent. Bar meals were decently priced and enjoyable.
my room did not get cleaned until after 5 o'clock on the second day. i had to tell reception to get it done. i had vacated the room for over 7 hours to allow for cleaning. reception was not at all concerned.

The hotel was easy to access with ample parking available. our beautiful double room was spacious. i enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool. These areas were quite busy. the hotel grounds feature well kept greenery.
The lighting control in the restaurant seemed problematic. Adjusting it was reportedly impossible due to an issue with the control app.

The receptionist was very lovely and helpful to me. I found the staff friendly and flexible in assisting me with my needs. The fitness center had a spar, swimming pool, and other amenities, very convenient to me.
The hotel lack air conditioning and I found it a bit dated. There was no plug by the bedside, and I could not charge my phone there. I think the hotel should address these small inconveniences.
