Parkway Hotel & Spa, Cwmbran

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the weekend overall was enjoyable with a group trip, the dining and accessibility aspects left much to be desired. The rooms were lovely, and the spa facilities were a hit, but the service during mealtimes was slow and frustrating. I appreciated the effort put into the hospitality but really think they should improve the dining experience, especially when managing larger groups.

The attentive staff made us feel welcomed, and the facilities were excellent. Dining was a highlight, with delicious meals for everyone in the family. However, we didn't get a chance to experience the spa, which we were looking forward to.
